Estuary
Due to the recent floods and dirty water fishing has been very tough but good bream can still be caught around the narrows on fresh local prawn. Also fishing the clear water line has produced some nice salmon and tailor with the odd yellow fin bream also getting caught. Hopefully as the water clears the fishing will get better
Surf
Surf has the same problem with dirty water but good catches of salmon can still be caught if you put in the time. Change of high tide seems to be the best time.
Offshore
Some very good catches are been taken off shore in the clean water. Seems to be a lot of Gummies about and the guys drifting for flathead are having good success
